Truck & Industrial Radiator Cores

We carry bolt-together radiator cores for trucks and industrial equipment. Because there are many different fin configurations and core sizes, it is necessary to speak with one of our specialists to determine the correct core for your equipment. Below is a diagram of a radiator core, the measurements specified in the drawing are required for us to look up your core, please print this page and have the measurements when you call. We carry the most popular cores in inventory, specials and made to order cores take one business day to build. How to Measure a Radiator Core:

A. Core height between header plates (Core only)

B. Core Width from fin to fin (not including side pieces)

C. Core thickness

D. Header Width

Solder on tanks measure center/center of the groove.

E. Header Length

Number of bolt holes in each header

Solder on tanks measure center/center of the groove.

F. Header Overhang

If both measurements are the same, the headers are centered.

Header Plates .125 and .101 gauge heavy brass headers are available with corner, center or full supports. These supports strengthen the tube to header joint for long leak free performance and better than OE durability.

Flat-Fin radiator cores for all applications from Adams Grader to Young Cooling and everything in between. We build special cores to any size and specification and it only takes one day to build and ship your core.

Ultra-Fused cores for over the road trucks feature tig welded tube to header joints. This design is superior to brazed or solder radiator cores, and fixes the OE leak problem. Ultra-Fused cores carry a 24 month warranty compared to the competitors one year warranty for solder joint headers.

Lemaster Core and Adapter replaces Caterpillar multi-section folded and modular cores with a one piece conventional radiator core. This eliminates the problem with the OE core plugging up and is easy to clean out.
